Bangladeshi mouthwatering snack, spicy Chana Chur/Bombay Mix. This is a popular street food in Bangladeshi and it has to be one of my favourite snacks too.

Alo Chatni
Bangladeshi Alo/Potato Chatni, also known as Alo Bortha in Bengali, this is made with grilled mashed potatoes, dry roast chillies, fresh coriander, onions, salt and mustard oil. This is a mouthwatering recipe passed on to me from my mother. This is perfect on its own or as a side dish with any other meat dishes.
Palak Paneer
Lightly fried soft cottage cheese cubes, cooked with spinach in spiced onions. This tastes great served with garlic and coriander naan bread.
Runner Beans Baji
Bangladeshi style, simple vegetable Bhaji perfect for days you’re too busy to cook time consuming dishes. This is served on its own with plain white rice or as a side with any meat dishes of your choice.
Boroi Tenga
Bangladeshi classic sour fish curry using Boroi, also known as Jujube, one of the popular fruits in Bangladesh. Jujube can be eaten fresh too. For this recipe I have used sun dried Jujube and made this delicious sour curry using Bangladeshi Ayre fish.
