Bangladeshi mouthwatering snack, spicy Chana Chur/Bombay Mix. This is a popular street food in Bangladeshi and it has to be one of my favourite snacks too.
Ingredients I used, instead if Bombay mix, I've used Chewra Mix as I only had that in my cupboard.
Chop the coriander, chillies and onions finely.
Add 3 cups of the mix in the container, bit more or less is fine.
Add all the ingredients on top.
Any of these ingredients can be adjusted, as a guide add about 1/4-1/3 of salt as the mix already has salt in it.
Close the lid. Now with your both hand, shake this for good few minutes.
Take the lid off, taste it, adjust any of the ingredients if required then close the lid and give it another shake.
Serve straight away.
